We will implement a management accounts style cadence with a rolling 3 month forecast. Each month we will perform variance analysis which is used to maximise results.

Meet Alex Davies (ACMA, CGMA)
Hi - I am the founder of Exact Fit Marketing. A little bit about my background, I worked for 5 years in a financial planning & analysis team, acting as a finance business partner for a business north of £20m annual revenue.
I have always loved analytics and driving growth. The relationship between finance and performance marketing is much closer than you may think. The key difference for me is that performance marketing allows me to take action based on my analysis, instead of making recommendations to a board of directors based on it.
I founded Exact Fit in March 2024. I started off working for a wide variety of local businesses. I found the trouble with working with local service based businesses was that we would generate leads to the point I would no longer be required, my desire is to build long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.
E-commerce is my sweet spot, working with ambitious individuals where the sky is the limit is very exciting. I am very passionate about partnering up with these individuals and scaling profit.
